First, launch the Instagram app on your phone and log in to your account if you have not yet.

Go to your profile by tapping the profile icon in the below right corner of the screen.

Click again on the Image to see all the tagged users on that particular post.

Tap “Remove Me from Post”, then tap “Remove” again to confirm your decision.
