Snapchat has this feature called Quick Add that suggests users to add people as their friends. It is located just below the search bar on Snapchat. The feature works depending on several factors to show people in your Quick Add list.
This Platform uses two main factors: Phone Contacts and Friends of Your Friends, to determine who will appear in your Quick Add list on Snapchat. Those people on your Phone Contact who is on Snapchat and is not your friend will automatically be recommended to you to add them to your Friends.

How to Turn off the Quick Add Feature on Snapchat?
Unfortunately, Snapchat has not added this feature that lets the users turn off the Quick Add at this present moment.
Although, you can customize your Quick Add list to some limitations. You have an option to remove people from Your Quick Add list by Clicking on the X icon next to their names. Afterward, they will not be shown in your Quick Add list again.
You can also prevent your account from appearing in other Snapchat users’ Quite Add lists.

Step 1: Launch the Snapchat App and click on your Profile or Bitmoji.
Step 2: Open the Settings Menu by tapping the cog icon at the top-right corner of your screen.
Step 3: Choose “See Me in Quick Add” under the ‘Who Can…’ section.
