Step 1: Launch the TikTok app on your device (Android or iPhone) and go to your profile section by tapping Profile in the bottom right.

Step 2: Tap the three-line or hamburger menu icon in the top-right corner.

Step 3: Find and Select Settings and Privacy.

Step 4: Now, tap the Digital Wellbeing option below the CONTENT & ACTIVITY section.

Step 5: Tap the Restricted Mode option and then tap “Turn off Restricted mode”. You will now be asked to enter a passcode to proceed further and confirm your decision.

The passcode you enter should be the same as was used at the time of the activating restricted mode on your TikTok account. If you are a teenager and the passcode was set by your parents, you’ll have to ask them about it.

Once you have carefully entered the correct passcode, the restricted mode will be deactivated. Afterward, you can see all types of content on TikTok without restrictions.
