How to Make TikTok Account Private:
Step 1: Launch TikTok and tap the profile tab in the bottom-right corner to open your profile page.
Step 2: Tap the three-dotted menu in the top-right of the screen to open your account settings.
Step 3: Select Privacy and safety from the menu.
Step 4: Click on the Private account toggle, and your account will be changed to a private account.
You can easily make your TikTok account private by following these simple steps.
On the other hand, if you want to switch back to a public TikTok account, go through the above steps except for step number 4. You only need to turn off the private account toggle in Step number 4 to switch back to the public account.
