Can You Edit Instagram Comments In 2022?
At Present, Instagram only allows users to edit the caption of their posts. To be more precise, you can not edit those comments that you have left on someone’s posts.

You can choose to delete your original comment and write a new one. Here’s the process of how you can do that.
There are two cases in which users can delete their Instagram comments:
- The first case is when someone comments on your post.
- The second case is when you leave a comment on others’ posts.
Note that you cannot delete other people’s comments on others’ posts. You only have access to delete your own comments.
Step 1: Launch the Instagram app and find the post with the comment you wish to edit or delete.
Step 2: Tap the comment.
Step 3: If you are using an Android, tap and hold the comment and press the delete icon in the top right.
Step 4: For iPhone users, swipe left over the comment and tap the red bin icon to delete your comment.
Once you have successfully deleted your old comments, You can write and post a new one.

Instagram may add this feature to edit a comment, similar to what YouTube offers.
